The property operates as a professional B&B under the Marche Region tourism regulations.

The space

The entire apartment consists of a large shared entrance/living room with three rooms (Maestrale, Garbino and Scirocco), a kitchen, and a laundry room.

Guest access

Maestrale guests can access their room from the shared entrance/living room and have exclusive access to the spacious kitchen.

Other things to note

At check-in, each guest will be asked to pay the tourist tax (€1.80 per person per day), as per resolution 262 of 15/11/2024 of the Municipality of Pesaro.
