Private double room in a very bright, newly renovated apartment, featuring an independent furnished balcony with table and chairs, independent air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and private ensuite bathroom with shower. Free parking in the building garden. Just 70m from the beach and a few minutes from the town center, train station, and hospital.

The property operates as a professional B&B under the Marche Region tourism regulations.

The space

The entire apartment consists of a large shared living room/entrance hall with three rooms (Maestrale, Garbino and Scirocco), a laundry room, and a kitchen (for exclusive use of the Maestrale room).

Guest access

From the shared entrance/living room, Scirocco guests can access their room directly and use a small fridge located in the entrance area.

Other things to note

At check-in, each guest will be asked to pay the tourist tax (€1.80 per person per day), as per resolution 262 of 15/11/2024 of the Municipality of Pesaro.

In the room you will find a kettle with instant coffee, tea and chamomile. You may also use the small shared fridge in the entrance hall.
